    What sizes are currently available for restroom trailers?

    Currently, we offer a two-stall restroom trailer with separate, private rooms for men and women.

    What features are included in a restroom trailer?

    Features include flushable toilets, running water sinks (both hot and cold water), air conditioning, heating, lighting, mirrors, premium finishes, and Bluetooth sound systems.

    Do restroom trailers have hot water?

    How many people can a restroom trailer accommodate?

    our current two-stall trailer serves up to 150 guests.

    Where can I place the restroom trailer?

    Trailers should be placed on level ground with access to power and water (if needed). They're often set up in parking lots, fields, or driveways. Soft ground is not permitted.

    What happens if there are damages or excessive messes?

    Damages or excessive cleaning needs may be deducted from the security deposit.

    How long does setup take, and who handles it?

    Setup usually takes about 30 minutes and is handled by our delivery team, which positions, connects, and tests the trailer before leaving the site.

    Is there a security deposit?

    Yes, we require a $300 security deposit to cover potential damages. This deposit is fully refundable after the trailer has been inspected and is found to be in its original condition.

    When is payment due?

    We require an initial deposit upon booking to secure the reservation, with the full payment due before delivery. Please review your contract for details on our cancellation and refund policies.

    What if my event is in a remote location?

    Our restroom trailers can be delivered to remote locations, but there may be extra charges for delivery and for providing self-contained water and power.

    How is waste managed after the event?

    Tushy Luxury Restroom Rental manages all waste disposal. Our units are self-contained, and we handle waste removal upon pickup using a septic truck.

    What kind of maintenance is required during the event?

    Maintenance is minimal; however, for multi-day rentals, Tushy Luxury Restroom Rental provides scheduled upkeep visits to ensure the restrooms remain clean and fully stocked.

    Is There a Delivery Fee?

    Tushy Luxury Restroom Rental offers free delivery and pickup within a 40km radius from our location. For destinations beyond 40km, a fee of $1.50 per additional kilometer applies.
