How often are portable toilets serviced?
Our standard long-term rentals include weekly service. Service includes pumping the waste tank, cleaning and sanitizing the unit, deodorizing, and restocking essential supplies. Additional service visits can be arranged for high-traffic sites.
How many toilets does my construction site need?
The number of portable toilets required depends on the number of workers on site, work schedule, and applicable site requirements. Tell us your approximate crew size and project duration, and we'll recommend the appropriate number of units and service frequency.
Do you offer long-term rentals?
Yes. We offer portable toilet rentals for both short- and long-term projects. Whether you need a unit for a few weeks, several months, or an extended construction project, we can arrange ongoing service for the duration of your rental.
Where can the toilet be placed?
Portable toilets should be placed on a level, stable and accessible surface where our service truck can safely reach the unit for regular servicing. We'll work with you to determine an appropriate placement location for your site.
Do you provide portable toilet rentals during the winter?
Yes. Our portable toilets are available for year-round rentals. From November 1 through April 1, winterization is required and an additional seasonal charge applies. Winterization helps protect the unit and its plumbing during freezing temperatures and ensures reliable operation throughout the colder months.
Do you offer same-day or emergency rentals?
Same-day or short-notice rentals may be available depending on inventory, delivery location and scheduling. Contact us directly and we'll let you know the earliest available delivery date.
Do you have handicap-accessible or luxury units or Hand wash Stations?
We offer multiple restroom solutions depending on your site or event requirements, including portable toilets and luxury restroom trailers. Accessible portable toilets and handwashing stations may also be available upon request.
What supplies come with each unit?
Do I need to maintain the units during my rental?
No. For regularly serviced rentals, We handle the scheduled pumping, cleaning, sanitizing and restocking. Clients are simply responsible for providing safe access to the units and notifying us if a unit requires attention between scheduled services.
Do I need to be onsite during delivery?
Not necessarily. As long as we have clear placement instructions and safe access to the site, you typically do not need to be present for delivery. For sites with restricted access or specific placement requirements, we may coordinate with your site contact beforehand.
Can I request more frequent cleaning and servicing?
Yes. Weekly service is standard for many long-term rentals, but additional service visits can be arranged for busy construction sites, events or other high-use locations.
